Mis-directed, lost, or stolen packages.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if this occurs, please contact me so that we can work together with USPS to file a claim.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

If an order is mis-delivered due to an address error, I cannot refund or resend an item until I receive the original item back from USPS. If an order is returned to me due to an address or postal service error, I will contact you to pay the shipping that is needed to send the order to you again, otherwise I will refund your order minus the cost of the original shipping.


Items can only be returned if there is a defect in the sewing. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and be in the same condition in which it was received. Shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipping items back to me. A refund or exchange will be issued upon receiving the returned item.
